We, at Amita’s Holistic Nutrition, talk about a holistic approach towards women’s health. Most of us are often juggling between a lot of responsibilities at the same time. They can take on the world when it comes to challenges faced by their family, children, friends or even at work. However, us women, can become a little negligent towards our own health. In a constant effort to make everybody else’s lives better and easier, we end up making our own lives challenging. We need as much consideration, if not more, as anybody else. In fact, a woman’s body goes through so many different phases in a life cycle, that it is difficult to comprehend the importance of healthy habits and its role in the quality of our life.
